I agree with Jadzxa! Very relaxing and nice. It has that soft rock feel, and I don't really listen to soft rock but this is very good! The guitar has that soaring quality to it, and the synthy sound only compliments it. I would like to sample this maybe. Keep it up!

PS I know a band that has this sort of style except hardcoreish, they are excellent if I may recommend them. they are HORSE the band. gotta get used to them though cause they are weird. who knows, it may be inspirational

I think you need to eq more bass from your voice, it's like a hiss a lot of the time and hard to follow. Having said that, you do have good sound quality with your recording. Your flow could still use work, but I like the message of the track. It's real shit, so I can appreciate it. Keep it up fellas.

I like the beat and definitely like the other sounds, not sure if sample or synth. however I think the bass that joined in could be a little more special, maybe tuned differently or just more selective about what notes hit, and when. But yeah good stuff

Nice and smooth. I like how nice the shakers/hi hats work with the kick. as always, sick sample work, that sax had me geekin out at around 2:30.
So... is Crueltool just a name or a program or what? Do you create your own equipment and software for your production? I guess I can google it haha

Excellent. Every element sounds so comfy in the beat. the vocal sample makes the heart weep, and goes very well with the spanish guitar. Oh and your bass sounds lovely! gotta go work on my new beat somemore now...

This would be great for a battle rap. Slow enough to speak viscously, but with a hoppin pace. Maybe work on diversifying yourself drum-wise, since that aspect is a little generic.

Ha, I completely agree. I would change it up if I actually had the the original file, but I found this MP3 on the ex's computer (an uncomfortable situation honestly) and decided to upload it incomplete since I couldn't finish it anyway.

Strange though, we never talk anymore and she still listens to the music I make.

Many thanks man! I've been working on the punch and pow, but honestly, I don't know what it is, maybe Its just me as a listener to music.

I've been working on making my drums more varied, in fact the bass line in this song was added because I lacked the POW. But yeah, tricks such as that can only get you so far.

Beat is cool. I like dat bass(did you make it?). Great lyrics too! You've got a good voice for rap I methinks. But maybe they could be mastered to be more audible? I can tell they sound good but sometimes they're hard to hear over the beat. Otherwise, man, for "taking a crack at it" this is fucking tight. make more!

Yeah I made everything in this song ( bass included), I know what you mean with the volume of the vocals, I kept them a little low so you can hear the song a bit better and I spent a fair while on the orchestrals and I didnt want to cover them up heaps with my rapping.
