This would be great for a battle rap. Slow enough to speak viscously, but with a hoppin pace. Maybe work on diversifying yourself drum-wise, since that aspect is a little generic.

Ha, I completely agree. I would change it up if I actually had the the original file, but I found this MP3 on the ex's computer (an uncomfortable situation honestly) and decided to upload it incomplete since I couldn't finish it anyway.
Strange though, we never talk anymore and she still listens to the music I make.
The sample is kinda harsh on the ears, and it gets repetitive. Just seems you didn't exert much effort on this one. come back from that hiatus with a vengeance dude, sometimes a little break is all you need to come up with your best shit.
For the concept behind it, it was okay. As far as lyrics, I liked the subject matter, the themes of self improvement. With that theme in mind, I think that Klazik's vocals could be mastered slightly differently, it's kinda airy and harsh. Mao's part was the most solid IMO and he came with good energy. Wolfie might need to speak up and swing his voice a little more, it's like he's talking(though he's got a cool voice for rap). I also wanted to say, I didn't make the beat alone, it's a collab(With dude called KR)
IN all, there's some brushing up to do, but I like the concept. Actually, I guess the concept itself is like practice so it's all good.
Keep it up guys.
ILLLLL. Oh shnikeys! This is god damned excellent! Some pre-lotus material. Hot shit. I can't stop complimenting it. I love raw snareless beats!(though honestly, you could have gone on a good 5 minutes if you added a snare and dropped the beat harder around 2:00 or so, but I digress) Great production and sounds, really takes me places dog. You got something going on. Continue! YOOOOO
We should definitely collab.
Let me know what's good and I'm there.
Beat is cool. I like dat bass(did you make it?). Great lyrics too! You've got a good voice for rap I methinks. But maybe they could be mastered to be more audible? I can tell they sound good but sometimes they're hard to hear over the beat. Otherwise, man, for "taking a crack at it" this is fucking tight. make more!
Hey,
Yeah I made everything in this song ( bass included), I know what you mean with the volume of the vocals, I kept them a little low so you can hear the song a bit better and I spent a fair while on the orchestrals and I didnt want to cover them up heaps with my rapping.
Cheers fore taking the time to leave a comment man, really appreciated!
Oh shz! niceely done! the bass, the hats, and of course the synths are all awesome! good job!
Thanks G
