I know I've heard that sample somewhere before, but I can't put my finger on it. ah well, smoov track brotha, drums sound nice and crisp.

This is like some alien hybrid shit. I'm confused yet intrigued. quite funky at times. is that :26 part a sample? sounds cool, especially when you added that wawa jank in it later at 1:23. I'd like to hear a whole track derived from that groove.

Yeah, :26 is a sample. It didn't mesh too well with the drums so I kept them separate. If I ever found some drums that would go well with that sample, I might revisit it.

Interesting, didn't go with the standard sounding beat, and it worked. Like you said though, simple, could use some more things layered here and there to enhance it.
